Acceptance is key to handling problems and tragedy in life.
The nature of life is such that bad things happen daily to us or to other people. When nothing goes wrong for you on any given day, be happy and grateful.
When the bad happens it is best to quickly accept that it has already happened. Don’t be in denial, it makes things worse and more painful. When you are in denial you cannot begin to improve the situation. But when you accept, you free your mind and soul to start focusing on solutions.
Acceptance simply means saying to oneself, yes this has happened already, is there anything I can do to make it better? If there is, start taking action. If nothing can be done, let it go.
When you accept, you calm the soul and this gives you fortitude to face the storms of life. You get clarity and you make better decisions.
For the things that have no solution, acceptance helps us to move on. It stops the pain from destroying our soul.
